IRENE'S STORY

“We asked Susie to come in and do some coaching with our relatively newly formed Senior Management Team. It was part of our commitment to invest in personal development at every level within in our team.

The sessions focused on our individual leadership styles, and how they shaped the way we worked together. We addressed big questions around our personal motivations as leaders, our team culture, how we engage with our teams and how we achieved effective delivery.

It was invaluable time spent together as a leadership team. The most important outcome was learning about each other as individuals and understanding how that shaped our working dynamic. It was also really useful and empowering to work together to proactively craft a statement that defined our leadership culture.

Susie took the time to get to know our team and worked with us to develop a well-thought out, effective programme, specially designed to meet our requirements. She is hugely knowledgeable, professional, clever and astute. She provided reading collateral for the course, sign-posted further resources for us and was available for further conversations afterwards. As a facilitator, she created a psychologically safe and supportive environment in which we could articulate our anxieties, ambitions and aspirations.”
