1:1 leadership coaching in your organisation

 
 
 

How do you want to lead? We’re all individuals, so every leader must develop their own style of leadership, adapted to their personality and the circumstances around them. The most effective leaders have a strong sense of who they are, where they are going, and what it will take to get there.

I work with your manager and a wide range of stakeholders to understand your organisation, the broader strategy and the personalities that surround you. I work with you to dig deep and explore what you do best and what might hold you back. I help you to set direction and build an inspiring vision, and then I give you the tools to get there.

Issues we cover may include building effective relationships, developing your team, committing to and delivering your strategy and making challenging decisions. I ensure that our work together makes a tangible difference both to you and your organisation.

In-house coaching to help teams work better together

 
 
 

How well does your team work together? Building a successful team is about feeling comfortable and trusting enough to challenge each other, respecting differences and working for the common good.

My work focuses on developing better relationships in teams by creating a psychologically safe space to agree and work towards a shared vision.

Over several group sessions, we’ll explore team dynamics and how each member contributes. We’ll articulate values and design ways of working that get results in the context of real time challenges. Throughout the work, I will introduce new ideas and tools to help the teams explore and reach their potential.

Boosting success for individuals in a group setting

 
 
 

This in-house experiential learning, training and coaching is designed to help employees thrive in the workplace. It enables individuals to come together, explore their motivations and behaviour, share ideas and build connections in a group setting.

In a series of six three-hour workshops, we cover topics such as personality, resilience, motivation and drivers, and how to have difficult conversations. The course introduces new tools and perspectives to allow employees to be fulfilled and effective at work.

This group coaching is aimed to boost success for individuals from across an organisation in a cost-effective way.
